Returns Form

You have the right to return your goods to us within 7 working days, starting from the day after you have received the goods, and we will provide a full refund within 30 days of the cancellation. Any item returned must be received back in an unused and resalable condition. We recommend that you use a return service, which gains you a signature on receipt. Postage is only refundable if the item is faulty or sent incorrectly.

Please note, wigs which are not faulty can not be returned if worn due to hygiene reasons.
